We don’t do things by halves here at CHERCHBI. When we approved the final test of new Herdwick tweed a few weeks ago we immediately started work developing a new leather to trim the bags. The colour, feel and thickness were all specified to compliment the tweed. As soon as we received this we were out of the door, tweed roll under one arm and hides under the other, and off to the factory for the first production meeting. Here’s a pic of swatches. Samples ready early June. Yes, we can’t wait either.
